I need to grab a new pair of cowboy boots for work, looking for more dressy to wear with slim khaki pants. I like this pair of Justin's. Are they comfortable? I really want a pair of Lucchese boots, but not there just yet.

Justin's are fine, but in that price range Dan Post is better.

IMHO.

Justin aren't bad but there are better boots out there in that price range.

Those look sharp though.

My bent rails are not that comfortable. But for the price that's to be expected. Other than that, not a bad boot.

ETA: My Tony's are like walking on a cloud.

Go to the store and try them on. My foot is different from your foot, Justin Boots fit different from Dan Post, from Lucchese, from Tony Lama, from whatever.

Justin are comfortable as long as you don't buy the plastic cheap ones.

I have always wore Justin's and love the new pair I have for hunting/work boot but I bought some Ariat and like them as well.

I have two pair of Dan Post, both exotics. I like the look, but the there are not as comfortable as I would like for an everyday boot. What other brands are in this price point?

This.

I recently bought a pair of brown Ariat boots with a walking heel (Roper style, as opposed to the cowboy heel), and they are indeed comfy as frick.

My ariats are comfortable but heavier than I'm used to. I'm about to be in the market for a new pair of leather boots too. Maybe I'm just comparing them to my eel skin or lizard skin which are by far the most comfortable thing to put on your foot.

About a year and a half ago I bought some justin bent rails for 180 and I barely wore them they are basically still brand new bc they were not comfortable at all, 2 weeks ago I bought a pair of 230 ariats and I swear I could run a marathon in them. Most comfortable pair of boots I've ever tried on.
