At most, I eat breakfast twice a week. Normally, I just have coffee. I usually eat breakfast on Saturday with the family.

Anyone else just not eat breakfast?

I typically don't eat it. I don't drink coffee or anything hot either.

I don't eat during the week. Just don't have an appetite real early in the morning. Love breakfast food though

You should start a new pho thread each morning.

I haven't eaten before 1 PM since July '13. Well ok, I'm sure I've had brunch or something less than 10 times within that time period.

I good breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I don't usually eat a good breakfast during the week though, maybe a Larabar.

But on Saturday and Sunday? I always have a good breakfast, either dining out or I make it at home.

Breakfst consists of one or two cups of coffee and a newspaper only for the local items, national and international on the computer.

During the week, I'll have a few cups of coffee and occasionally a container of Greek yogurt. I do enjoy a hearty artery-clogging breakfast, but I don't make it/get it too often.

Depends if I am on the road or not; if I'm at home, I will eat a banana around 9 or 10. If I'm somewhere else, I will typically get started earlier and eat an actual breakfast.

I ate pop tarts for breakfast almost every morning for probably 15 years. Then, about 6 months ago, I just woke up and didn't want one and haven't wanted on since. About a month ago, I picked up a box of the ol faithful Frosted Cinnamon pop tarts and its been sitting in my pantry since with just one pack missing.

I was just thinking this morning that I need to find something something quick, easy, and transportable like that again. Ideas??

I'm not a breakfast eater, but I at least try to get a banana down at work each morning.

I consider days where I have to wake up to be out of the ordinary even though I do it just as often (if not more than) as sleeping late.

But I consider myself nocturnal so I just can't eat in the mornings.

I actually haven't had more than a few fries since dinner after Wrestlemania Sunday. I haven't been feeling well and have zero appetite.

Belvita Breakfast "Biscuits" are awesome. Not overwhelmingly sweet but still sweet enough and lots of whole grain/fiber. I usually crumble a pack into a cup of plain greek yogurt. About 20 grams of protein, < 20 grams of sugar and < 10 grams of fat. About 320 total calories. Im usually good until about 9am if I eat that early at about 6:30am.

I've never understood people waking up 'feeling hungry.' On weekdays I eat a bowl of oatmeal with my Starbucks coffee because I'm about to work in the gym for an hour. On weekends I don't lift weights so I skip the oatmeal and only have coffee.

I usually drink Instant Breakfast during the week. I don't have much of an appetite at that time of day.
