Y'all are lucky.. Then when you call you get a half retarded foreigner who barely speaks English and reads from a fricking script. How do I know that? They say the same thing every time. They tell me to do things I've already done to no avail. Then after 20 minutes of going through every troubleshooting step they have in the back of their "retards who can't get a real job" manual you FINALLY get connected to an "expert" in the US who solves your problem in 3 minutes.. Further proving that Americans are superior to Indians when I think comes to IT and if Comcast knew this.. And weren't scared to spend an extra buck on quality service instead of buying new companies and turning them into piles of burning shite like all of their other properties then maybe.. Just maybe.. They would be worth the hundreds of dollars I waste on their crappy service cause.. Dun Dun Dun.. They are the only cable company in the area.
