I enjoy it. You can find a lot of treasures in someone's crap.
Most of it is crap though

You're a gump. That's even worse.
And you just gonna lump all the blacks together like that?

I go sometimes if I drive by one and look for old LSU stuff or stuff I know I can sell on eBay.
My good friends parents read books on stuff to look for and actually know what they are doing make a good living buying stuff at flea markets and garage sales just to flip. I helped them learn eBay like 8 years ago and some of the stuff they would buy for $30 and it was worth $400 and crazy shite like that.

If there is one in the neighborhood I will walk over but I never drive around looking for them.

Yes, this was my Aunt's hobby. Every Saturday morning she was hitting garage sales around Mandeville. Its unreal what some people will give away for damn near nothing. I tried going a few times, I don't have the patience for that shite. Its not about being poor, because she was far from it.

I am a garage sale junkie!!! My picture of the first game in Tiger Stadium was a result of going to a garage sale. I didn't find it there, but after asking if they had any LSU stuff, she breaks out a box of programs from 60's and 70's for a quarter each. The. She tells me her dad will be here in a minute and he has some stuff. Ended up, he had the picture rolled up in his kitchen. He didn't even know it was from the first game.
