I was going to put this in the AR thread, but didn't want it to get lost in there.

Any of you guys that ordered through them last January ever get your order? I emailed them about my order and they said I should have received it by now and the lady I talked to said she would get right on it, but quite honestly I'm getting some sketchy customer service.

Just curious if anybody else was/is having problems.

I ordered two lowers from them last January and never got them so back in December I cancelled my order. I had to go through their Facebook page to get someone to answer me though. Finally got them to refund my money.

there are too many good shops in the community to deal with that BS

Originally a forged lower, then they had specials for people that were "being patient" and as a way to thank those people they sent out coupons for upgrades if you wanted, like customs fire control engravings, free billet upgrade, reduced price cerekote and matching billet uppers etc as well as custom magazine weld laser etchings.

I upgraded to the billet lower and custom fire control engravings (sad face, happy face, 3 happy faces ) and after I emailed about my order about 2 weeks ago and the customer service rep confirmed my original order and asked if I wanted to add anything else. I said frick it sure, Ill add an upper and cerakote (only like $150 with coupons) and she says call if I have problems with the website updating my order...that was 10 days ago and I've called her no less than 7 times, left a voicemail or two and 4 different emails, to include the one today replying (again) to an email she sent me 3 days ago, in which she asked me if I updated my order through the website yet while in my 2 emails(and voicemail) before that to her I told her I had problems.

Yeah, I was going to give it until today for her to either email me or call me back or I'm going to cancel it. Its a little ridiculous.

I have a 308 bcg I ordered in jan. I have spoken with Paul, the owner, and hsuan several times. I have not received it yet but the quality is great and I'm not in a hurry.

In my opinion, they are a small business that got overwhelmed with too much business to soon.

I got ducked out of $150 from Red Rock Ordnance for a BCG.

I got caught up in the craze and made a bad decision and bought through them. Never got it. They essentially told everyone who ordered from them to eat a dick.
