On the Jimmy Kimmel show Bill Clinton said he would not be surprised if ETs exist.

What do you think?

I always though that it was very arrogant and narrow-minded to think that we were the only living things in the entire universe. Of course it's possible. I wouldn't be surprised either.

Yeah, not exactly a cameo... Just stock footage turned around and made to look like it fits.

I used to have a World Net Daily headline pinned to the wall of my cube. "Hillary Marries Alien," and right next to the photo of Hill and the alien was a dejected picture of Bill with the caption, "I always thought she was a lesbian."

When someone tells me they know all the secrets of the universe, it seems a bit arrogant to me.

There is absolutely no way in hell we are the only living things in the entire universe... Now are we the only group this advanced, possibly, but very doubtful.

Everytime I see one of those charts of how large the universe is, it completely blows my mind.

Well, technically you are making an assumption.

It could possibly be that universes take a few billion years to sprout life at all, and we somehow are the front runners.

Probability may be low due to the inherent volume of the universe, but possible. Just as you said, we could be the smartest SOBs out here too

But odds are, yes, there is some goo out there at least. Too bad it might be impossible for us and another sentient life to meet each other.

What is really cool is to think about a system with two habitable planets that have two intelligent life forms right next to each other. How cool is that? Or war? Little mini Star Trek could be playing out some where right now.

Well that's a depressing thought.

It is an assumption, but so is saying we are the only life in the universe. At least making the former assumption comes from a logical look at the probabilities. With the shear vastness of our galaxy alone, and the hundreds of planets we've discovered outside our solar system, its much more likely that earth life is but one of many forms of life.

That is one of the things he said he was going to uncover in his first term.

The Evil Twins definitely exist. I've met both of them.
