How many of you workout gurus or lazy arses use a sauna? (NSFW Sweaty Girls)

I recently joined 24 hour fitness.
The sauna intrigues me because I need a few pounds off the ole belly and this seems like an extra boost after cardio.
When I feel like I can't go anymore I go sit in the sauna and get 10-15 minutes of extra sweating without having to work anymore.
Any of you dudes/chicks do this? I always feel weird going in due to some old fat guy in there wrapped in a towel. I also feel like they are irritated that I come in and interrupt their workout.
How long do you sit in there? Do you feel like you build up a tolerance and can sit for longer? Have you seen the weight come off faster after using the sauna if you hadn't before?
TL;DR Do you use a sauna? For how long? Do you get use to the heat and can stay in longer?

There was a guy in my town who died in a sauna. He got wasted and decided to sober up in the sauna the next day. He passed out and died, I guess of dehydration.

I've only used the sauna for hangovers. Knocks them out with authority.

You do realize you're only losing water weight and dehydrating, right?

I would suggest cleaning up the diet to aid in the shedding of the ole belly in addition to the cardio

This.
The sauna will not fix your belly fat problems

You will only see permanent weight loss from the sauna if you never drink anything again... ever.

It's like those morons who think walking around the lake wrapped in trash bags is gonna cure them of being a fat arse.
Nope. Change your diet and do interval training.

Eucalyptus Steam Room >>>>>>>>Steam Room>>>>>>>>Sauna
The spas in Vegas all have these miracle rooms that make you feel amazing after 20-30 minutes.
Hangover and sinuses completely remedied.

that's what I dont get....people do realize that their body is only going to replenish what it lost.
If I sweat a bunch from exercise, I'm only going to be extra thirsty, I'll drink water, and my body will replenish whatever it lost

only point of sauna is to get toxins out (hungover, sick, etc) not for fat loss
Posted on 4/3/14 at 11:25 am to BallCoachinFool
Only a fat arse would think the sauna is a form of cardio.

Very temporary weight loss. I use it right before making weight but as others have said, the moment you re-hydrate, it's right back in you.
