my dentist asked me about doing this. It seems like a good procedure, but it is expensive and I cant find any real world reviews on the net.

meth causes teeth to fall out.

Cigarettes, Coffee and sugar cause discoloration.

Op the $25 stuff from Groupon works well.

I wouldn't pay more than $100 for any home treatment.

my teeth are a-2, which is pretty good, but I wouldnt mind whitening them some. I dont remember the cost but it is 6-800 or so if I remember correctly. this one is supposed to not cause any sensitivity.

The active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide which is common in many whitening gels. It can cause sensitivity just like any whitening gels can. Some use carbamide peroxide. They are all similar, the concentrations (percentage) just vary.

If your teeth are sensitive to whitening this probably won't be much better. I would recommend Zoom whitening. It's usually around $400 and works great most of the time. The key is to keep touching up after the initial in office procedure. About 30 minutes with custom trays every now and then. (make sure the dentist gives you custom trays, otherwise you are at a shitty dentist).

Just rinse with hydrogen peroxide every night before bed and you will see a noticeable difference after a while. And you will save tons of money
