What are some of the best passes in LSU history?

Mauck vs UGA 2003

JR Arizona State 4th and 10

JR vs UT - not in the moment, but an unbelievable throw
JR vs. UT a few times

Flynn to Byrd Game Winner - Auburn 2007

Rohan to Reed Peach Bowl

JR in that game vs Tennessee was the GOAT

I mean strictly as a throw, not taking into account the "moment"

One of the greatest plays, but it wasn't really an impressive throw

That 2nd half was one of the best performances by a LSU football player

I remember a pretty incredible throw and catch from Rohan to Reed in the back of the endzone in the 2001 sugar bowl

That was great, but to me that was more of the catch than the throw. If the corner had any awareness he had that picked. Still amazing.

thats true but I think the moment and what it all meant makes that one so amazing...

Matt Damon to Byrd.

Seriously, the audacity Flynn had to try that throw and Byrd with the catch.

I didn't remember the ball being on the 40 yard line (mostly due to it being my freshman year and being trashed for it), but damn, that was a laser from 45 yards to the only spot on the field that it could be caught. After watching that again, I have a lot more respect for that pass.

you're an idiot if you think that ends the thread

I don't see how it is better than the Arizona State game in 2005 after Katrina.

4th and 10. Much more impressive throw and catch for the game winner. The game is over if we don't convert there. LSU still has a FG attempt vs. Auburn to win

There isn't a throw that comes close. Sure, it isn't a physically impressive throw to the likes of JR's, but come on.Game on the line, ZERO margin for error and Flynn had the fricking balls to throw that pass and throw it absolutely PERFECT?

please..

He was clutch at the very end, but he threw two interceptions in the second half, one of which was returned for a touchdown.
