No Brainers:
Withey, Ajinca and Rivers.
Not with this coach:
I think Roberts and Aminu are decent backup options but Monty is too invested in them to use properly.
No Thank You:
Stiemsma
Miller
I wanted to like Miller, but he either needs to be a better stat sheet stuffer or 3 point shooter (down to 32% on the year) to be worth a roster spot.

Withey - Keep
Steamer - Adios
Roberts - Adios (although we may end up missing you more than we think)
Miller - Adios (it's a numbers game)
Ajinca - Keep
Rivers - Keep (he is continuing to develop. I really think Jackson is more of a chip right now)
Aminu - Keep cheap (if you can get him for cheap, he provides depth and situational flexibility)
And you forgot to list:
Smiht - Adios (he's a great team guy, but I just don't see how he fits in the roster/salary cap crunch)

Well, sadly, I had Smith penciled in as a starter. I'm not aware of his contract situation, though. I know we can find a better starter at the 5, though.

I just don't see that happening next year.

He is in the final year of a 3 year/$7.5M contract. UFA this summer.

Smith isn't 100% gone. It all depends on how much the cap increases. If it goes up to $63 million as projected then it's worth cutting everyone that's cuttable and spending $7-$8 million on a starting quality big like Gortat or Verajao. If it only goes up $1-$2 million, then you're better off keeping either Smith or Aminu and using the MLE. I'd lean towards Smith over Aminu, both for the leadership, and he's probably got more trade value as a throw in.

Withey - Him or Ajinca
Steamer - Nope
Roberts - Nope
Miller - If they can't find a better option on the wing
Ajinca - Him or Withey
Rivers - Guaranteed, so yes unless he can get something in a trade
Aminu - Better chance than Miller, but same situation.
Babbitt- See Aminu
Smiht- Move him to player personnel or 3 man booth, just not on the roster
Aminu/Babbitt can absolutely work off the bench, but they need proper context to play well. If Monty is dead set on playing Davis as a PF, then they need to go.

Ajinca keep to see if he develops.
Gordon no one wants this contract.
