This NoFap stuff, is this real life?

I mean I understand the small percentage of the population that may be addicted to porn and the like, but it seems like the movement is picking up steam and you have regular joe blows like Tom and Steve and Darth Vader down the street that are now participating in NofARPIL. If you're curious you could head over to the subreddit but like Heady would say,"place gives me bad vibes man."

Are the people that participate mostly guys (and I guess gals) that are addicted to getting off to porn so they make up shite like "no fap ril" to try and fit in by having people that don't have their keys on their keyboard stuck together all participate in the same illogical crap as them? They also make up all this fake shite how it's good for you to not get off! Wtf people?!

Guess I shouldn't knock it unless I'm giving it a shot. Any of you guys ever honestly took a shot at any significant time? Couple guys were talking about how they were doing better socially and shite,(it's pretty much pointless for me to be worrying about this when I'm pretty much already perfect when it comes to running game) and another talked about being able to crank out (no pun) a significant number of push ups more consistently than before no fap,(this is something I could improve)

And when it comes to the guys talking about how it gave them confidence talking to females and what not, I see it the opposite. If you're single, fapping should in theory help you from being the massive walking hard on and you should actually have the ability to hold a conversation with a female without only being able to imagine her getting your dick wet using a couple different full proof methods. Also could help you from accidentally sticking your dick in a dirty skank like Jmcs or even worse, a whale like Jmcs.

Tbh I sometimes go a pretty decent amount of time without manually throwing rope and not even notice it until I think about it and try to remember the last time I had done it.

What says the OT? Any true believers in the movement? Besides ILuvBama. We know he is probably nailing 2 or 3 llotot right now as side pieces, so he doesn't have time to fap.
