Have you had any Popsicles lately?

Sugar free Popsicles are often my go to sweet treat. I don't care for the tropical flavors, but I have loved the regular orange, grape, and cherry. I recently bought some after not buying any for a few months and the recipe seems to have changed! Are there any other Popsicle lovers out there who have noticed? I want the old taste back!

OTOH, maybe it's just a fluke? One bad batch?

I like Popsicles but they damn sure aren't sugar free.

Well, the "sugar free" ones are.

ruzil, I'm sure I could make my own. I was wondering if anyone else noticed a change in the taste.

Coater, the Orange Dreamsicle/Creamsicle was one of my faves growing up. Fudgsicle, too.

I've noticed, the cherry tastes funny and the grape does too but I actually like the grape, orange seems pretty much the same though.

These are like crack. Their sugar-free ones are pretty good too.

My favorite since I was a kid are the Blue Bell bullets. I would eat the lime ones first. I'd dig through the box and pick out all the green ones.

Drove my mom and sister insane. No pics.

I hope it's just a bad batch. I love Popsicles and usually buy sugar free.

Darla,

We eat the sugar free popsicles too, and the low calorie fudgesicles. I guess we haven't bought any in a while. The last one I had was no different.

They are different, and not as good IMO. I think they have more juice in them now. Not sure how they keep them sugar free since juice is loaded with sugar, but I agree with you...they are definitely not the same as they used to be taste-wise.

Thanks for all the input, glad to know I'm not the only one who's noticed a change.

Might have to try the other frozen treats mentioned. Thanks.
