I'll have to check this out. I'm looking for a fix while waiting on House of Cards to start again.

What can it be compared to?

Is it just me or has Ragnar turned into a gay Jack Sparrow with his mannerisms? Love the show though.

I've heard people call it a poor man's Game of Thrones, and while I can see that a little, I don't think it's really a good description. It's a show built around Viking warlords raiding England. Rather than poor man's GoT, think Brave Heart, but not as epic, the Scotts are Vikings, and it's a series rather than a movie.

I want one cameo from Chris Hemsworth as Thor where Ragnar sees him in like a dream sequence

Awesome. I finally broke down and paid $20 to get season 1 on DVD so I could catch up on it (I finally had the time and my computer working well enough to start streaming it just in time for them to take season 1 down off of History's site). I had watched it out of order the first time and it's even better than I remember. Best new show from last year, easily.

This season has been amazing so far. Much better than I expected coming off a really good first season.

Could have gotten a roku for a little bit more. It has the history channel on it, or Amazon Prime.
