I'm really close to buying something incredibly overpriced from them for no other reason other than this video from their owner with a how to on how to rip off their designs to make knock off shite.

They are guaranteed for 100 years. I'm pretty sure that in itself justify's the price if you like the way the bags look.

Any specific ones you have in mind? i don't like the one that's in that video. But in general, I approve of these bags for a briefcase.

Quality products by an awesome company(merchandise, people and philosophy). I only have a few of their things, but I've been very satisfied.

This is my favorite leather designer. Not the briefcase type of craft, but very creative and I know a lot of women who love her stuff. Her grandfather was the infamous "official clothing designer" of the failed "utopia," Brasilia, so it's in her blood.

I also have the iPad case. Completely worth it and they are an awesome company to deal with. Ups lost my package and wouldn't reimburse me. Saddleback gave me a new one for free.

I love my ipad case too... my wife always bitches about the heft of it, but that's kind of why I like it. Plus, it looks awesome.

I have the large wallet. Great product from a great company. I'll probably be purchasing one of their backpacks later this year.

I have the thin briefcase and the duffle bag. I love both of them. The quality is outstanding. You can see why they come with a 100 year warranty.

I've had the briefcase for over 2 years now and it's holding up really well. I bring it to and from work everyday, throw it in my car and under my desk. It holds my 15" MBP and iPad, as well as misc cables. It's pretty much perfect for me.

I've had the duffle bag for over a year now and it's great for weekend/overnight trips. My only complaint is that it's too big to bring as a carry on.

Considering that a Saddleback bag will last you for the rest of your life, they really aren't that expensive. A high quality leather bag is well worth the money.

Several people in this thread have.

I bought one of their black wallets back in November. It's a very simple design. Very rustic and thickly built. It seems like it's the type of product that really needs to be broken in. It definitely won't win any smooth contests, but you can tell that it's built to last. I don't regret my purchase at all.

I've had the mid-sized wallet since Christmas. The credit card slots are just now breaking in. They were too tight at first.

I've got their passport holder, was gonna get a briefcase but went another direction. Passport holder is too thick, you can barely slide your passport in and close it. Not very practical. No complaints about quality, it's just not one of their more functional products. Same reason I didn't go with their briefcase, I'm always flying for work and it looked like a pain to try to open and close quickly in the airport or on a flight.

Their prices seem reasonable for the products.

Love my wallet. And I swear my belt is strong enough to pull a tank sideways if I need.
