Definition of a team player. Sad for the fact that we only got 2 years of him in an LSU uniform.

The role he took on last year on our team playing the 4 at only 6 foot 5 inches tall is something I won't forget.

Always an unsung hero on our team. He was a vital part of our team this year and he will be missed. All the best moving forward Shavon.

I only wish we could have had Coleman for 4 years. He was truly a team player. He worked his arse off and grew as a player and a human.

Agreed. Remarkable versatility and quiet leadership. Enjoyed watching him play.

Every word of this. Shavon will forever be a great tiger. Played a much bigger role than we could have ever imagined. Absolutely killed me to watch him cry after the loss.

Had some huge games as a tiger!

could do the dirty work and penetrate the lane or shoot the 3 ball. Was always a hustler!

It was clear as the final seconds of his college career wound down that the LSU on his jersey meant something to him. Best of luck Shavon and hoping there is still some basketball somewhere in your future. There are players in the NBA that no one ever expected would be see Garret Temple).

At times this season I questioned many players on this team actually gave a rats arse. Seeing Shavon's emotion reminded me why we are LSU fans. These guys play their hearts out (for the most part) for us fans in the purple and gold and often go under appreciated

Dude got heart. Wish he could have been here for 4 years like Stringer. Shavon was one of those players that gave all. Thanks my man. May life be good to you always.
