Or what were you glad you did while you were young, and might not be able to once you age?

I take it there will be only serious answers

I regret going straight to work out of college

I wish I would have taken 6 months or so and hiked the Appalachian trail

Learn to punt a football. Get good at it and I would be worth millions today without having to work for it.

I wish I wouldn't have gotten a girlfriend in high school, especially a mean one that complained about me hunting, fishing, and working out.

Going to college not in Louisiana.

I wish I would have just gone somewhere alone. Kinna like I did in Hawaii, but I ran out of money.

Maybe you should do a little research.

The average salary of a punter in the NFL is less than $1 million per year. According to Sports Illustrated, the average is $868,005.

I really wish I'd found a way to travel to Europe for a couple of months or so--backpacking, studying abroad, or something like that.

Family obligations made it increasingly difficult, so if I do go now, it would only be for a short trip. Now I just project that dream to my kids, especially my oldest daughter.

Learned Japanese fluently (as opposed to semi-functionally) prior to moving to Japan.

Started my business seven years earlier than I did to avoid that seven years of stagnation, loss, misery and horrible human beings.
