I wish I had studied music and learned to play piano instead of having the hick town attitude that only nerds are in the band.

toured with a rock band outfit. I missed a couple chances to do this because of summer school one summer and missed opportunities.

If we are talking about regrets...

One of my biggest was:

A beautiful and talented girl that I briefly dated after high school graduation, she was getting herself into some serious drugs and personal issues. Instead of helping her, I dumped her and ran off to college, never called or saw her again...

Wish I hadn't wasted time being such a beta in high school.

I didn't mean for this to be depressing. Surely y'all have some great stories from your youth/young adulthood!

I wish I had saved more money and taken the time to tell loved ones how I felt.

Also, crack. I kinda wish I had tried smoking crack. I've thought of picking up the habit now, but it seems like a young man's game so I'll probably never give it a shot.

I do, not as many as I'd like'd though. I have some funny ones from going to Reggie's as a freshman with a group of fratstar pledges. I have some great ones playing in a local (albeit not very good) band around BR, the Northshore, and NOLA. I have a few stories from my time in Tiger Band. However, I, like all people, have at least some regrets.

My SO is very tame as far as going out and partying and doesn't like crowds, movies, or dining out in restaurants too often. We'll still do it on occasion, but not as often as I'd prefer. I'd go out with my friends but most of them are still poor college students or unemployed or underemployed post school so they can't afford it. She's also really busy with her school major which is project based and loads them down. In the 3 years I've been dating her, she's been on crutches twice and was in a splint and unable to drive a car for like 9 months. So that put a damper on things as well.

Just when I got my guys on board to form a kick arse band, my job went nuts and school projects soon followed. Hopefully, after I graduate, I'll have a job in this area and more time to commit to it. I have some seriously musically talented friends that are all on board and I think we could really have a lot of fun.

I wish I wouldn't have gotten a girlfriend in high school, especially a mean one that complained about me hunting, fishing, and working out.

My girlfriend in high school was ugly as frick. I have no idea what I was thinking. She has really nice tits, but that's about it. She had no personality, and was a bitch. We'd break up and I'd go hook up with her friends or other girls, then she would come cry back and I would get back with her. I regret not being single all through high school, because when I was single it was awesome.

Now, I have fricked around so much in college that I am still in it. I'm kind of miserable and just ready to get out. One more year.
