Isn't there some kind of legal allowable noise level during the day?

Trying to study fricking circuits, and this GD ginger/guido parade is rolling by down the street. A bar on the corner(about 1/4mi away) has the damn music turned up to 11 with the bass turned up to 48. They have a wall of speakers set up behind the bar. shite is rattling my damn windows.

I am not an old man, and don't mind loud music INSIDE a bar. Mother frickers don't need to be hearing that shite when they drive by on the interstate though.

Already took an Adderall to focus, but now I am just focused on being pissed off. I remember a few friends getting tickets for music being too loud in their cars, but what is the policy on bars? I'm about to go South Dayton on this bar just so I can study



Fwiw, I have a very hard time studying anywhere else because I get distracted like a mofo, and I don't want anyone beating off next to me, so the library is out of the question.
