This is an interesting documentary. It definitely was one of the weirder things I've watched in awhile.

For those who've not heard, it's a documentary about Troll 2.

The documentary seemed pretty light-hearted, and then had moments which were pretty messed up. The interview with the lady who played the mother was heart-breaking. The interview with the director was disgusting in how full of himself he was. They interviewed one actor who said he was in a mental institution. I just thought it was an odd little documentary. Thoughts from those who've seen it?

Doc is ok. I had never seen Troll 2, but found the participants pretty interesting. After watching it, I still had no desire to see the movie and think it's sort of a "forced" cult film. I actually found the similar doc about the foul-mouther rv salesman more interesting and poignant.

There are far better worst films out there than Troll 2.

I love minimalism in every factor of life so while RotF might not be the worst movie ever, I was disgusted with the attitude it was made in.

If you've never seen it, how can you say there are better worse movies? I agree there are, but I thought that Troll 2 is a great party movie if you watch it with the right crowd.

I saw enough of the film in the doc to not find it amusing in the slightest. I've seen my share of good bad films, and Troll 2 just wasn't doing it for me.

ETA: I may or may not have actually watched a few minutes of Troll 2. I can't remember exactly but do remember an overwhelming sense of boredom.

To each his own. But you should give it a try when you're in the mood to watch something like it. The documentary didn't do the movie justice in how the movie really is.

The Room

/thread

That is the most weird, wonderful, and confusing piece of crap ever committed to celluloid.

Tommy Wiseau... this guy... wow.

(BTW, apparently James Franco is making a fil about the making of The Room. I think he's playing Wiseau.)

Troll 2 ain't bad though.

I dunno. I've watched the Troll 2 and doc and it's pretty bad.

Birdemic probably can give The Room a run for it's money too.

My votes for best worst movies go to:

1. Miami Connection

2. Back from Hell

If you haven't seen either, then you haven't seen shite yet.

Why am I getting a sense that almost no one who posted in this thread even knows what the thread is about. Why are y'all listing other movies? This is a thread about a documentary called "Best Worst Movie"
