Yeah I read that and realized I unfortunately had nothing to add. A thread where people discussed their favorite bad movie would be a good thread though.

I liked the documentary and thought it was interesting and worth watching.

And Troll 2 IS enjoyably terrible.

How can one movie be so awesome as a kid and so turrible upon repeat viewing as an adult?

In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale.

Horrible, horrible movie that actually hit the big strings. Decent enough cast. And it was laughably bad.

OK, since this has turned into a bad movie thread I'll go with On Deadly Ground. This should have been at least OK with Michael Cain, R. Lee Ermey, and Billy Bob Thornton in the cast. But Steven Seagal starred and directed and blew a whole bunch of studio money in his one chance at a major film.

The fact that 35% of the RT audience liked it is a bit scary but that is probably just hard core Seagal fans.

Summed up nicely:

"A vanity project in the strongest sense of the term, this film has it all: bad acting, bad writing, bad direction, bad action sequences."

Why am I getting a sense that almost no one who posted in this thread even knows what the thread is about. Why are y'all listing other movies? This is a thread about a documentary called "Best Worst Movie"

I was confused by this until I read your post.

I stumbled across this gem a few months ago, I liked it, although that a-hole director should have rolled with the punches more instead of trying to get so confrontational about the film.

I've heard of this, but have never seen it. Obviously I've seen some clips on youtube from Troll 2, and it looks awful. Not sure I'd be interested enough to watch an entire documentary on the making of it though.

This should've been made about The Room though...that one is fantastically awful/awesome.
