New Restaurant Perkins/Highland?

Anyone have any details on this? I was passing on I-10 where the old Galatoires was right next to Patti Dupree interiors, there's a sign that says "Grill" but I wasn't able to catch anything else.

It's owned by the guy that owned Charlie Brown's in Prairieville. Don't expect much.

ehh...Damn I ate at Charlie Brown's and didn't walk away overly impressed.

I hope they bring something to the table because there's some serious money in that area.
