Heading back home to Nola for a buddy's bachelor party. Thinking of doing boiled crawfish that night (in lieu of a nicer dinner) because he lives overseas now and misses crawfish.

Any recommendations for a good boiled crawfish place there (something equivalent to our Sammy's)?

Additionally, I know most of the solid watering holes and strip clubs in the city but would appreciate any recommendations for other stuff you've done for bachelor parties there. Alcohol and strippers sounds good enough. Just wouldn't mind any additional recs.

Thanks!

Rent a party bus. Go to the Galley on Metairie Road for crawfish. Have driver take y'all to Visions on Downman. #profit.

I wouldn't equate Galleys with profit, unless you are the owner.

I'm not, but the do serve good boiled seafood. On a night like he is planning I'm sure it is less than Visions..

I don't know, the Galley can be up there compared to dollar bills for the ladies.

Perrino's Boilin Pot on the West Bank.
Crawfish are awesome and the waitresses are trashy looking.

naw just saying crawfish can give you the runs, especially when you're pushing it all down with beer after beer

Buy some from Harbor Seafood/Rouses/Sids/Robért or another place that has good quality/prices. Then eat them with some beer at City Park, the lakefront in Lakeview or Audubon Park.
