I like the idea of moving it back. The extra point is so damn boring.

Screw extra points. Just always go for 2 or something. Games shouldn't come down to who has the best kicker.

Because at 43 yards, with a light wind at a variable direction, a football will travel the same distance regardless of temperature, barometric preasure and humidity. Anything less will give advantage to a warmer weather team, anything longer would give at vantage to a northern or high altitude team.

Why does it have to be exciting? Can't we just leave it alone? Football has been working fine with a boring extra point.
Sometimes kickoffs are boring. Maybe we should drop the ball into the middle of the field from a blimp and whoever gets it gets it.

Kickers decide more games based off of field goals than extra points. no one is saying get rid of them.
