OMG!!! The Pho Challenge

Just stepped into the new Pho Cam Ly to pick up a menu.
There is a "pho challenge" for $30. Two lbs of meat and 2 lbs of noodles. Winners get a free shirt and the meal is on the house.

I wonder if that's pre or post boil.
