I have always been leary of Superhero movies throwing out 3 villains at one time against the protagonist. So far though, this one looks really good. We'll see, I guess.

Question: When does PP practice all these moves? Putting his finger over the web shooter and spraying it like that? He did not think that up on the spot. Twirling a man hole cover as a shield? Incredible hand-eye coordination. Spiderman would make a lot more mistakes in real life.

Everything is basically slow motion to him. If every split second decision felt like 5 seconds, you would be able to do some pretty sweet stuff too.

This.
You'll often see superheroes like this described as having "heightened reflexes." Just means coordination, balance, etc.
If you need some exposition on it, it isn't a great movie, but Daredevil has a solid explanation of what it feels like to have those sense.
