Blacks and many other ethnicities are all over the streets in Rome trying to sell you some crappy items. Shouldn't have been hard to find one, though their acting may not be up to the standards of baseball players.

But you'd actually have to understand both the definition of racism and the intent of the perpetrator to make an accurate judgement.
