Does anyone know how much a topped out outside operator makes there? And how is the pay progression?

Where are you an operator now? All the big plants are pretty similar in pay.

From what I read on OT, 75hr + full funded benefits and an annual 5% inflationary adjustment.

Mid 30's. Thinking about transferring? Go to methanex and live like an OT baller.

steady money. won't get rich but will cover the mortgage and buy some food and a simple truck. Motiva has always had good benefits. as for actual dollar figures, I don't know. it's been several years since my father retired from Motiva/Shell.

If its like the majority of plants in the area it 35-40 an hour straight time. Our plant is straight time for the 1st 8 hours of a shift and 1.5x for the last 4.With progression raises and moderate OT you will be in the 100k range in 3-4 years.

Not sure about pay scale but if you work there you can fish in the bass Tx they hold every year!
