Worschestire sauce, hot sauce, butter, pecans. In a pot on the stove. Cook and stir til candied. Taste and adjust flavors. Add Tonys or cayenne.

They taste like tiny little steak crusts to me

Wife makes them a lot and we put on salads. Add a bit of brown sugar to the mix and she uses the cayenne.

Drop a few on top of a piece of half shell grilled redfish and add them to a side dish of green beans with a dab of butter and a squeeze of lemon on both. Good stuff. Luckily we have many pecan trees that produce on our property so we keep a freezer full of them.

Love pecans like this. We started carrying these at our store; freaking delicious.

The candied part is a nice way of saying "crusty". If I said crusty pecans it doesn't sound as good.

I started with equal ratios then dumped In more wors. Sauce til I liked the flavor.
