OT U-Verse Experts: YouTube

YouTube loads slow and every video has to buffer. On LTE and at other ISP's it loads quickly and does not buffer. Is there a setting on my devices or is it a problem with U-Verse???

Never had a problem with youtube, netflix or hbogo. I watch one of those three damn near every day and they always work fine.
