Take this as the gospel truth.
You want termidor treatment. Period. Orkin offers it. They cost a bit more, but they are -guaranteed- work. I don't know about the other pest controls in your area, but get termidor.
Bedbugs and termites are one thing I would not spare an expense for if I were you.
(got a best friend that works for them, and he has worked for a couple pest controls... he has my arse sold on them enough to sell for them lol. mostly because he loves what he does. )
