US Drone downed by Russia in Crimea--did Congress authorize this??

In the photo released by the Russians it seems the drone is armed.

Have we simply walked away from the Constitution? Should the military be allowed to intervene in other countries without at least a vote of Congress?

no. surveillance isnt the same as intervention as your post indicates.

What photo? Your link didn't include a photo. Or are we just taking the Russians' word for it they have a photo?

How did the "Ukrainian self-defense force" get its hands on the Russian device used to down the drone?
