2BD Red River Louisiana Hay Ryed "Nelson" - its a special hay ryed that they dry hopped. Very very very good.

ETA: correct image. It is apparently dry hopped with Nelson Savin hops, hence the name.

I'd drink the hell out of that!

I'm sitting here at the Shade Tree Café having lunch waiting on Andrew (Parish Brewery) to open so I can go fill my Growlers

This batch is good, but I wouldn't necessarily call it better than the first batch.

This farmhouse batch is better than the first batch, however.

Had that last night. It's really good, but the grapefruit is very subtle.

I had some from The Cove the other night and could tell it was a fresh batch. Very hoppy for the first few sips then it seemed like I got used to the hops and by the time I was finished with the glass it drank like a porter.

Very good overall though.

Not Wookey Jack though.
