Steelers have had 3 coaches in 45 years, and all have won Super Bowls.
I believe that the only team that had 3 coaches in a row win Super Bowls was the Cowboys (their first three)

Well to be fair neither of them knew the starting QB was going to plead guilty to dog fighting charges one month before the season started, just months after his backup was traded to the Texans.
