40 Year Old Stalking Rex Chapman

I know not everyone ventures over to the SEC Rant, and I actually saw this on Twitter.
It's one of the funniest sports stories I have seen in a while, I'm still laughing about it a day later. If you haven't read yet, the 'Nators' certainly will not disappoint.

Over twenty years ago Rex Chapman's mom ended up becoming pen pals with three of the biggest Rex Chapman fans alive. They were 15 years old at the time and the three boys called themselves "The 'Nators," as in the dominators. Yes, this is the perfect 15 year old boy self-group nickname. Well, Rex ended stopping by the Nators' house to meet with them when he was 21, after his second year in the NBA. Why did he do this? Because his mom promised the Nators he'd stop by. (If this isn't the most mom thing ever). While there Rex and his two friends ended up playing a three-on-three basketball game against the trio of 15 year olds on the appropriately named "Nator Court."
Which is where the story would end for most of us.
Except that a few years ago Rex ran into one of the 'Nators and, in a moment of weakness, gave him his cell number and told him to call if he was ever in Phoenix.
That was a big mistake.
Because the Nator is now stalking Rex Chapman.
You must read this story.

he should block the guy's number, report his name and whereabouts to the police so its on record. I would also file a restraining order against any contact and block him from getting physically close in any way to Rex or his family. this crap starts out like this and then can progress to the guy just showing up at random places like REx's driveway or kids school.
I would find out where this idiot works and make sure his bosses and everyone who works with him knows what he did.

Uhhh...
I'm sorry but, you're a grown man who has been tormented all this time, and you dont know how easy it is to block a number? You never considered, I dunno, googling this?
Sorry bro, but you just are not very bright. I honestly cant even believe this story. You never told one friend about this and they responded "hey, just block him"?
Call the damn phone company (since obviously using a PC to go to their website would obviously be way beyond your capabilities) and ask them to block the guys number on your phone.
There's apps that do the same thing free too (the phone company will charge you like 5 bucks, well some do). One on Android is called "Mr Number". Apparently the entire idea that you could endeavor to download an app though is also probably well beyond you...
Also, when you block texts the sender cannot tell you blocked them. They go through like normal to him, you just wont receive. Sounds perfect for your situation, the guy may never even know.
Sorry if this seems rude, I just cant fathom this.
