What happened to free markets, or liberty, or freedom?

Gives Rand Paul another good argument.

Nobody intelligent thinks the Tea Party Republicans are consistently for free markets and freedom. It's all about spitting a good game and selectively applying those principles when it helps their donors.

Having said that, I wouldn't be terribly surprised if Ted Cruz winds up being the nominee. It's Rand Paul's nomination to lose, but we'll see.

Wow, AD, you really felt the need to turn this into a Tea Party bashing opportunity?

Pathetic

What I mean to say was that this has nothing to do with the Tea Party Republicans.

Except that it is a violation of freedoms by politicians who OPENLY align themselves with the tea party. The tea party aspect is absolutely sensational due to the sheer hilarity of the hypocrisy. If he were a big government democrat it wouldn't be interesting because Democrats openly brag about how they're for removing freedoms for "the better good", which is a major criticism by those on the right, especially.. the tea party.

Perhaps you are too emotionally invested in this to see the humor in it.

It is a social gathering, typically around 4:00 in the afternoon, when people get together and drink tea and eat snacks like jam and bread, cookies, or cakes. It is meant to be a bonding event for neighbors and friends to get together as well as a means of staving off hunger so dinner's can be eaten later, typically after 8:00pm.

We can't all have the nobility of the EBT/crazy check class. Guys like Cruz & Paul will never have the intellectual pedigree of people like Shelia Jackson Lee and Joe Biden.

It's almost like he is one of those "states rights" guys.

Almost.

Why not just say Ted Cruz supports prostitution, marijuana, and abortion?

Tesla Motors sells directly to consumers. There isn't a "dealership" required.

In Texas, car companies MUST sell vehicles through a dealership.

New Jersey just passed (I think it has passed) a law requiring same.
