Dad this steak is good, but why are there elephants dancing on mom's head?

Authorities say a Florida woman who was 9 months pregnant and her family became ill after eating meat tainted with LSD.

And Winn Dixie says they are The Beef People. Wal Mart has them beat.

Meanwhile, meth heads lined up outside of Wal Mart since 10pm last night around the state of Florida loading their carts wiith cheap steak

The word "tainted" seems to indicate there was something wrong with the meat. Not the case in this story.

That what the kids call it nowadays?

Seriously has to suck to think you are going from "zero to insane" in about 5-10 minutes while eating at the dinner table. Then you're relieved but pissed when your family has the same happen to them.

Wouldn't the cooking of the meat change the chemical makeup of LSD?

I expect these people are just looking for a payday.

Just might not have thought this through all the way

Guilty.

So OK "reefer madness". Tell the laypeople here what one should expect. If you are minding your own business and unknowingly ingested LSD. mind you I said unknowingly. How would you react to symptoms/effects if you had no idea and weren't expecting them.

I watched the Mad Men LSD episode and assume it is accurate. Nothing happens until you open a liquor bottle and a symphony comes out of it.
