How is it that in 2014 you cant get on line and see your bill from BRWater.com

They email me my monthly bill as a PDF and you can pay it directly through that.

Could be that they're using an AS400 system, and the software they're using with it does not offer online payment. Yes, there ARE still systems running software from before the internet was invented.
