Anyone in the O-T have any experience with either of these razor-delivery brands? I've read some reviews, more are in favor of Harry's. For the price it seems pretty legit.

I'm happy with the Dollar Shave Club. 6 bucks every other month, and I have plenty of extra razors.

I do the dollar shave club and it's OK. I have heard that you can just buy a bunch of razors they send you at bulk and save some money. Haven't investigated though

I just buy the Dorco ($ shave club brand) razor and blades on Amazon for cheaper.

I have no complaints about DSC. I have yet to run out of blades and I get the 4-pack every other month (~$3.5 per month on blades).
Never heard of Harry's. I would be willing to try if they offered free sample.

A friend of mine tried Harry's - he said it sucked and went right back to Gillette.

I echo all the DSC recs. My wife got it for me as a stocking stuffer and they have been great. I would also get a bottle of the shave butter!

I have a very heavy beard. tried Dollar Shave Club for 3 months, and went back to my Atra. Cheap as hell, but nowhere as good of a shave for my face. Some folks love it - just depends on your beard and skin.

Worth it? I just added it to my shipment for this month.

I'm afraid this is exactly what's going to happen with me. From what I've read, Harry's is superior to DSC. I think I'm going to give it a shot

This....I'm using the six blade right now, pretty good, and seem to last longer than Gillette Fusion blades

this is what I do. Happy so far.
I have a very light beard and shave every other day or so, so the DSC won't work out mathwise for me. So I just bought Dorco blades online. I think it was $15 for a handle and 10 blades. This should last me 6 months or so.

I do the DSC and love it. Its nice to have it shipped to you every month, and you can just stockpile the ones you dont use

I do DSC and will probably stop at some point, I just keep forgetting to log on and cancel. The blades kind of blow. I get the 4 pack every month for $6.
I have a somewhat heavy beard, and even just after shaving my face doesn't feel as smooth as it should. Plus I get the burn and all of that.

I've done both, on Harry's right now.
DSC was fine but the handle was shite quality, broke twice even after replacement. Blades were nice and cheap, but I noticed them going dull after 3 shaves.
Harry's blades are a little tighter together, they can get gunked up if your beard is thick, but they stay sharp longer and I shave a bit more frequently with them (every other day).
You can't go wrong with either, Harry's blades are $2 a piece DSC $1.50.
The key is really prepping your beard properly to get that nice smooth shave.

Also,
Harry's you order as needed, they don't ship automatically.

Do you use their shave cream?
