I don't remember how they treat rain but I guess the will roll. Might be delayed but it's not like they can really make it up tomorrow.

When they can some will postpone. Like Endymion has rolled on Sunday a couple of times recently. The ones today probably always roll.

Yeah, this definitely happened the year after Katrina. They rolled after Bacchus that year.

Assuming stuff rolls, it'll really affect the crowds...this is rough weather to stand around in.

I seem to remember that. I would think more for severe type weather than a cold miserable rain

I saw ice outside. Is there a precedent for Freezing rain on Mardi gras?

Yeah it was more severe but being on Saturday they can postpone. The ones today kind of have to roll.

I don't know, but the last time it snowed on mardi gras day was 1899? So we really don't have much to go on.

Except when one of Zulu's sorry borrowed floats inevitably breaks down.

every year I have been to Zulu the parade was an hour late and it stopped every 20 minutes because one of their piece of shite tractors broke down.
