4,000 "Undocumented immigrants" enrolled in Oregon health care

Begs an even larger question: of the uninsured # we keep hearing about, what percent are here legally? Is it significant or insignificant?
What is stopping a flood of people coming to our country to receive better healthcare for free? That would clearly be an unsustainable model.....
