Former Brenham Cub and Louisiana State University (LSU) quarterback Jarrett Lee signed a contract to play for the British Colombia Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Lee transferred to Brenham from Brownwood High School prior to his junior season. He started at QB for the Cubs in 2005 and 2006 and holds every major season and career passing record in the program’s history.

Why so funny? Can't we wish a former Tiger some luck?

As a former resident of B.C, I'm really happy that Jarrett signed with the Lions.
The CFL is a game of smaller guys, speed & bigger field, only three downs, much faster and to me a funner game. NFL is less about finesse, more about muscle and weight.
Ask Doug Flutie.
Vancouver will love him, and it's a great city to live in. Good for him.
Can't compare CFL to NFL, too different , but maybe more "purist". Watch it before you criticize.

As is the case with all of our former Tigers, I wish him good luck.

The smartest man in Canada should force a trade to protect his blindside.

I have a lot of respect for the CFL and their fans, even though I don't watch the games much. He could make a solid living up there. IMO Canada is a very underrated country.
