This is the video Colin from Ign saw behind closed doors and was concerned about. If you watch it you can see how poorly optimized it is and buggy. He has a right to be concerned if this is as polished as they have. Hopefully this is because they didn't want to polish a 3 minute demo and they will be able to clean it up for launch.

With that said, the combat looks very naughty dog like. It's almost like uncharted goes back in history. Hopefully this game comes together and I get a ps4 by then.

Yeah that was turrible.

No idea how to take it. BUt Colin was definitely justified in his criticisms.

He got nailed by the PS fanboys for it.

The graphics look great and all, but I'd hardly say the game looks great at this point. I'm looking forward to how it runs at E3.

Ironically he got nailed and called an xbox fan boy. He is hired by IGN to cover playstation and most of the time you would call him a PS fan boy and he is the one that reviewed last of us for IGN giving it a 10.

Okay, I actually watched the video. I um...didn't notice much wrong with it. Am I missing something?

Well, the only game I've really seen on a PS4 is BF4 and that's the high water mark for bugs in a game. In other words, The Order 1886 has a lot of bugging to do for me to notice.

I actually listened to podcast beyond this week where he basically explained it very clear what the problem was.

And he was absolutely correct.

I just shake my head at those fanboys who cannot under any circumstance accept criticism of a PS exclusive.

It was very choppy, and the sound was not syncing.

I also noticed some of the smoke effects not looking right.

OK. Just the little bit I watched reminded me why I can't stand third person shooters.

I'm not sure what was so terrible about it. It's not finished so there are bound to be problems, but I don't think it was some exceptionally bad demo.

Edit: Had sound turned down as well.

Okay...I was watching with the sound off and in that tiny IGN player.

I say if a game is choppy or not performing well, why the hell aren't more people calling it out?

Of course there are problems in any unfinished game, but you have to look at the context.

Its a game scheduled for 2014 release and a very small 3 minute closed off portion of the that game meant to show off the game cannot even be optimized properly.

Well up until its release there was only a handful of people who had seen it. Colin from IGN was one of those people. And he called it out.

Great setting with a lot of potential lore to use and they go with third person shooter?? Why can't everything be an open world RPG
