Installing Google Toolbar

Had a computer cleanup and my Google toolbar was uninstalled. When I try to reinstall, I get an Error 404 message from Google.
Can one of you computer guys give me some help ?

every few months my grandma's computer looks like that and I have to clean it off for her. IDK how she gets so many toolbars. IDK what she is downloading. the only thing I know she does on her computer is monitor Facebook so she can get gossip on people. we call her the Falcon of Facebook.

OK I get it BUT I would like to reinstall Google toolbar so how would I do it given the information I gave.

unfortunately, sometimes you HAVE to use it. I know of some payroll company that requires IE and a super out-dated version of java to connect to their web application.

Stop using a browser that actually requires a plugin to do searches. All modern browsers use search providers in the address/omni bar.
