I get that its a pyramid scheme but does that stuff actually work? anyone ever tried it or know anyone who has tried it? ive been interested (a tad) but I want to just buy it. I don't want to have to go thru hoops to get it and then become a distributor. frick that.

I'm sure it does but I'm also sure there are better ways and probably cheaper ways.

My wife used it to lose some weight for the wedding, and she's kept it off since then. Almost a year since she started using the shakes. She just got some from a friend, never became a distributor or anything like that. I'm pretty sure you can buy it off Amazon to avoid the pyramid aspect.

how about old fashion dieting, eating healthier foods, and exercise.

It is better than 'replacement meals' that cost an arm and a leg

It works. I know someone who lost her baby weight using it. But honestly, it's not even close to the most effective program out there and it's goal is more about making money than getting people fit.

I run/workout at least 5 days a week. I eat fine. I was just curious as to if it really works.

As well as any shake can. Work out and eat less an you'll lose weight. Shakes aren't healthy to replace meals with over time.

scam, wathced close friend get into it, go to any of several sites (yprariah.com) and you learn it costs 30X what it costs to make and that any of hundereds of other products do same thing...but in the end, it just has you skipping a meal so yes, guess you can lose weight..

Over 30 lbs. She put the weight on thanks to the birth control shot messing her hormones up.

She lost it by going to the gym 4-5 times a week, cutting back booze, and using these shakes to replace a meal. Their program called for replacing 2 meals, but we didn't want to do that. They served their purpose, bu I'm sure there are cheaper ways to get the same result.

They do taste good though.

If charging customers more than the cost to make a product is a scam, then pretty much anything available for purchase is a scam.

Only thing worst than this crap is Protandumb. Listening to a protamdumb "salesman" is truly the funniest sh** ever. Listening to them defend a product that has absolutely 0 value and make it sound like anything other than a glorified vitamin is possibly the funniest thing ever.

I'm sure it works and I know that it's not the most cost effective way out there. However, some people need a "program" to make them stay on the diet. I can just eat better and add in my cardio to my workouts, but others need to have "invested" in something.
