Cooking a brisket tomorrow and wanted to make some cole slaw to go with it. Any recommendations on dressings? Or home made recipes would be appreciated also!

When I'm feeling really lazy, I mix plain Greek yogurt and bottled ranch, spiked with a little honey, red wine vinegar, and cracked pepper.

Just mayo, s & p is not the way cole slaw dressing is made. Vinegar (cider preferably, but white distilled will do) and sugar have to be included as well, and I like to add a little dijon mustard for some spice.

But, if going store bought, I think Kraft makes the best one. I add alittle dijon to that too.

For homemade I like a little blue cheese mixed in. If your feeling lazy go to Chick-Fil-A and they sell a catering size of their slaw which I actually like.
