Question about Xbox One installation

I've got 4 games right now and I saw that the instillations have already taken up 20% of my memory. Will I have to delete games when I want a new one installed in the future or does it just install to microsoft servers?
I'm lost here.

Eventually you will have to choose what games you want on the HDD.

They will soon support usb external hard drives. You can get another 500gb for about 70 dollars and leave it pluged in the back..

will that be for actual games or just data files and music/video. I don't even know if you could save actual games on HDD for PS4/XBONE or even PS3/360

Im not sure. I cant remember reading one way or the other. I would think so. On the 360 im pretty sure you could save full games. Im almost positive you could put arcade games on external drives.

Full game installs worked on 360

yea after a quick google search all games from last gen ps3 must be installed on the internal HDD but worked on 360 with file size even bigger on next gen im sure its the its all internal
and with the potential ability of letting user store games they dont want installed at the time but they own on the cloud not sure why MS would allow this.

From what I remember reading, you'll have to delete a game, but all of your stats and whatnot are saved in the cloud, so data/accomplishments aren't lost if you want to put a deleted game back on your console.
