It's the internet. I am more likely to believe this guy is doing this to be funny when he really doesn't have that disease, than that he really is like that and has no problem with people making fun of his disease.

It takes about 5 minutes of research to find the info you would need to ease your butthurt, but instead of doing that you seem to be intent on just whining about your misplaced moral indignation.
