Keep Cameron on for research and special effects but make Nolan the writer/director.

How does the story change on the boat? How are the characters acted out?

What happens to Billy Zane?

What would be the twist?

Smash a beer can and see what you get. You get a flat circle instead of a sphere.

Leo' character would not be nearly as romantic. Kate's character would get in a boat. Leo's character would end up on the piece of furniture used to save Kate's life. They find Leo alive and he and Kate live happily ever after.

Titanic 2014

Directed by Michael Bay

In the frigid northern waters, two individuals from two different worlds meet in destiny defining circumstances. Jack, the poor Irishman just trying to escape his dark past. Rose, the wealthy starlet trying to break the chains of her boring life. Will their love be enough to warm the frigid, arctic waters?

BUT WAIT! Just as their love begins to break boundaries, the Titanic is beset on all sides by a pack of computer generated ice bergs who won't stand for the Titanic sailing across their lands uninvited.

Will Jack's dark past save them? Will their love survive this harsh winter? Will there be explosions and transforming robots?

Come and find out because 70% of the fun is hidden beneath the surface.

Holy hell.

Well, Michael Caine would play the captain. And Christian Bale would probably be Billy Zane. Thats for certain.

Well, I'm pretty sure the boat would still sink.

Jack loses card game, and sees news weeks later. Close call but catches influenza and dies.

I saw that video a while back with one of my friends and she thought it was a real movie trailer.

If it's set on a modern day cruise, instead of it sinking they all get deathly ill
