How do you get someone on the coaching staff's radar

Someone I work with has a son, 6'6", 285lbs., junior DT at Friendship Collegiate in DC. He loves LSU, but hasn't been approached. Lots of other schools are trying, but I know he would play for CLM in a heartbeat. He has a cousin in the NFL, is a beast, but had limited playing time this past season due to injury. Anybody have advice on who to contact? I don't want to stumble into any recruiting violations.

Send his film to the coaches or initiate contact with one of the personnel coaches or positions coaches.

Camp camp camp.
You can pay to attend the LSU camp. It's a few hundred bucks. Call the AD.

Two big ways to get your foot in the door:
1.) Go to camp. That's really where it's at. So many offers come from camps.
2.) Personal relationships between the HS coaches and LSU coaches.

You serious? If he's at Friendship, he should have all the exposure he'll need. Tell his position coach or coordinator to make the introduction.
Seriously, that place is a factory, all that Dunbar/Ballou/E. Roosevelt talent is going to Friendship now.

Few hundred bucks for a camp. Seems like it's easily worth it to get coach's eyes on your friend.

The camp may only be a few hundred bucks, but airfare from DC, room and board can run him over a thousand. His measurables look impressive. Would love to see him come to camp.

Send in a highlight tape/game tape with a letter attached to the football office. I'm sure someone will watch it.

I will forward this to a person I know. Do you have a link to his film?

You'd think he would be recognized by now based on measurables alone.

does he have any offers from anywhere? maybe Maryland? NC? NCST? UVA? Richmond? Anyone in that area?

Is his name Quarvez Boulware?
This kid is a player and should be offered a scholarship on name alone. Quarves is up there with Barkevious in my book.
Quarvez highlights
I wonder if he is related to Michael Boulware who played for the Seminoles?
Nice investigation recstar7.
