Seems a little staged....They focus on the 2 white guys watching the black guy while they don't show anyone else's reaction for the white guy. Then cop walks up with the gun already in his hand, and how do we really know it was only 2 minutes later and the other cop just conveniently drives by when the alarm is going off for the white guy

I haven't watched this one but that "What would you do" show covered this once. Basically people offer to help white guys get in the car and call the police on black guys.
Personally the only times that I've seen people apparently breaking into cars they were Mexican. I've seen it for sure twice and one maybe. I never called the police. Snitches get stitches.

Not sure which you mean, taser or sidearm, but that definitely looks like a Glock with a light attachment and an empty holster on his right hip.

No, seriously. A disproportional amount of crime is committed by a certain demographic. It's not hard to figure out why people react this way.
That said... I watched a Crime, inc special on CNBC and some of the biggest car thieves were these cubans here in Florida. BUT and BIIIIGGG BUT, they weren't smash and grab like you see on bait car.
